Tapas Zampa was born from a simple idea: bring the real flavours of Madrid to the streets of Leamington Spa. Founded in 2023 by Adrian, a chef who grew up in Spain surrounded by the culture of sharing food, the truck is a love letter to everything he learned in the tapas bars and family kitchens back home.

After training professionally and working in kitchens across Spain, Adrian made the move to the UK — but he couldn’t leave the food behind. Every dish on the Tapas Zampa menu is made from scratch using traditional recipes, high-quality ingredients, and the kind of care that only comes from someone who genuinely loves what they cook.

From wedding catering to street food markets, Tapas Zampa has quickly become one of the most talked-about food trucks in the Midlands — with a 5.0★ rating on Google and a growing community of regulars who keep coming back for more.
