Do you travel outside Leamington Spa?
Yes! We cover Leamington Spa, Warwick, Coventry, Stratford-upon-Avon and the wider Midlands. Travel outside this area may be subject to a small additional fee — just ask us when you enquire.
What is the minimum number of guests?
We typically cater for a minimum of 20 guests for private events. For smaller gatherings or bespoke requests, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for private events, and as early as possible for weddings and large festivals. That said, we’ll always try our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We offer vegetarian and gluten-free options across our menu. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when you get in touch and we’ll ensure everyone is catered for.
What’s included in the catering package?
We bring our fully self-contained food truck, all equipment, serving staff, and a selection of authentic tapas dishes. We handle everything — you just enjoy the food and the company.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, Tapas Zampa is fully insured with public liability cover. All documentation can be provided upon request for venue and event organisers.
